Chapter 175 Flood Management Regulations

NOTE: Section 2 of this ordinance stated the following: "These regulations specifically repeal and replace the following ordinance(s), regulation(s) and provisions in conflict with this Chapter: Chapter 175 - Flood Damage Prevention; Chapter 99 - Building Code; Chapter 120 -Uniform Construction Codes; Chapter 230 -Land Use Procedures; Chapter 310 -Soil Removal; Chapter 319 - Storm Sewers; Chapter 321-4 Stormwater management requirements for major development; 321- 4(sic) -Calculation of stormwater runoff and groundwater recharge; 321-6 -Standards for structural stormwater management measures; Chapter 331-43 -Uninhabitable land or land subject to flooding; 331-52 - Lots; 331-55 - Preliminary Site Plan; and Chapter 395 - Zoning and replace with Chapter 175 Entitled " Floodplain Management Regulations"."
