This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Land Use Procedures Ordinance of the Borough of Runnemede."

Editor's Note: Original § 73A-38, Word usage; original § 73A-40, Continuance of provisions; and original § 73A-41, Effect on applications filed prior to ordinance, which immediately preceded this section, were deleted at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I).
Immediately upon adoption of this chapter, the Municipal Clerk shall file a copy of this chapter with the County Planning Board as required by law. The Clerk shall also file with said County Planning Board copies of all other ordinances of the municipality relating to land use, such as Chapter 331, Subdivision of Land and Site Plan Review, and Chapter 395, Zoning, of the Code of the Borough of Runnemede.
