The provisions of New Jersey Raffle License Law as set forth in N.J.S.A. 5:8-50 through 5:8-77 are hereby adopted.
No person shall own or operate a raffle or game of chance as defined in said statute without first obtaining a license therefor issued by the Township Committee.
Each applicant for a license shall file with the Township Clerk a written application as prescribed by statute and in accordance with the rules and regulations promulgated by the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission or its successors.

A violation of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, General Penalty.

All Oldmans Township nonprofit groups, churches and emergency service groups shall be exempt from payment of any municipal games of chance fees. No exempt organization shall be exempt from payment of any fee due to the New Jersey Games of Chance Control Commission.
