It shall be unlawful for any person to coast
or ride upon any sled or similar conveyance upon any sidewalk in the
Township of Whitehall, or upon any street or alley in the said Township,
unless such street or alley shall at the time be set off or designated
as a "play highway."

Any person who violates any provision of this
article shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $5 and
costs.
