The Youngwood Borough Council hereby appoints the duly elected Tax Collector of the Borough of Youngwood or his/her successor as the agent authorized to provide and issue real estate tax certifications setting forth the borough tax or assessment status of any real estate within the municipality upon request by any party legally entitled to said information.

The Youngwood Borough Council hereby appoints its duly appointed secretary or other designee or his/her successors as the agents authorized to provide and issue certifications setting forth the status of any municipal claims, liens, assessments or charges for any services provided by or charged through the borough affecting any real estate within the borough upon request by any party legally entitled to said information.
The Council shall set and establish by resolution from time to time a fee or schedule of fees for the issuance of any certifications or other related services, including the issuance of any duplicate invoices for municipal services. Said fees shall be retained by the borough.
The duly elected borough real estate Tax Collector or his/her successor is hereby authorized to set and establish from time to time a fee or schedule of fees for the issuance of tax certifications or other related services, including the issuance of any duplicate tax invoices or statements. Said fees shall be retained by the Tax Collector as compensation for said service. Said schedule of fees are subject to the approval of the Borough Council by resolution and shall not exceed the fees for similar services established by the borough in connection with the issuance of municipal certifications, as set forth in § 14-3 above.
The Borough Council may from time to time revise any fees or schedule of fees or approve or reject any fees established by the elected borough Tax Collector by resolution.
