[Adopted 1-13-1950; amended 5-18-1951 (§ 2-50 of the 1981 Code)]
The Town hereby adopts the provisions of Chapter
124, Title 8, of the General Statutes of the state, and any amendment
thereto which may hereafter be enacted, and does hereby constitute
and create the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town, with all
the powers and duties specified and provided in said chapter.[1]
