The Board of Selectmen are authorized to adopt regulations limiting
or forbidding the use of skateboards, roller blades, roller skates, or similar
devices on public ways and/or sidewalks within the business district of Union
Street.
Violation of this bylaw, or regulations promulgated hereunder shall
result in a warning for the first offense, impoundment of equipment for a
period not to exceed 15 days for the second offense, a fine or penalty of
$25 for the third offense, impoundment of equipment for a period of 30 days,
and a $50 fine thereafter.
