The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department
of General Services, is hereby requested by said Borough of Bell Acres
that said Borough be authorized to participate in purchase contracts
of said Department.

The Borough of Bell Acres does hereby agree
to be bound by such terms and conditions as said Department of General
Services may prescribe.
The Borough of Bell Acres does further agree
that said Borough shall be responsible for payment directly to the
vendor under each purchase contract, free on board destination.
