The Board of Trustees of the Village of Millerton
pursuant to the provisions of §§ 1452 and 1454 of the
Real Property Tax Law determine and they hereby do determine that
all of such unpaid taxes and tax liens shall be collected by the sale
of taxes as provided for in such §§ 1452 and 1454 of
the Real Property Tax Law.
