The Engineer shall prescribe procedures, rules, regulations and issue
technical criteria to carry out the purpose and intent of this chapter.
A copy of such procedures, rules, regulations and criteria shall be
filed with the Amherst Town Clerk and be made available for inspection
by the public.
B.
The Town, having established a permanent geodetic control network
and datum, shall publish datum information for use only within the
Town, unless other potential uses are approved by the Engineer. All
persons wishing to use this network will do so in accordance with
the provisions of this chapter.
