Editor's Note: Inasmuch as Ch. 2071, Sec. 1, approved April
25, 1969, abolished the board of sinking fund commissioners, the provisions
relative to the powers and duties of said board set forth in Ch. 13,
Sec. 4-1300 have been deleted. Section 4-1300 bore no history note.
