§ 100-1 Use of coal prohibited.

The use of coal to fuel any electric generating facility constructed in the City of Pawtucket is prohibited.

§ 100-2 Terms of prohibition.

The use of coal as stated in § 100-1 shall remain prohibited until such time as further ecological study indicates that coal burning does not adversely affect the environment.
