All connection, reconnection, disconnection,
meter and other charges or fees referred to in this chapter are hereby
established by the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees reserves
the right to change, alter or amend, by resolution, any of the rates
contained herein, or establish new charges or fees as from time to
time may be necessary, upon recommendation of the Water Board.
