All City officers, departments, boards, committees, commissions and other agencies shall annually make reports describing their activities during the previous fiscal year. Such annual report shall be submitted to the Mayor by such date as the Mayor may require.
The Mayor shall provide for the compilation of such annual reports into an Annual City Report, which shall be published. Copies of such Annual City Report shall be submitted to the Municipal Council and made available to the public on or before August 25 of each year. Copies of the Annual City Report shall also be filed for public inspection in the City Clerk's office and in the public library.
The Mayor shall submit on a quarterly basis a written report to the Municipal Council providing all such information as is necessary to keep the Municipal Council fully informed as to the financial condition and future needs of the City. Such written reports shall be submitted to the Municipal Council on or before March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1 of each year. Copies of such quarterly reports shall also be filed for public inspection in the City Clerk's office and in the public library.
