Should any court of competent jurisdiction decide:
A.
That any section or provision of this chapter is unconstitutional
or invalid, such a decision shall not affect the validity of this
chapter as a whole or any part thereof other than the part so decided
to be unconstitutional or invalid.
B.
That the application of any provision of this chapter
to any premises be unconstitutional or invalid, such a decision shall
be limited to the person, property, or situation immediately concerned
and shall not affect the applicability of this chapter to other persons,
properties, or situations.
