Property maintenance — See Ch. 407.
Every house or other building within the Borough shall be officially numbered in accordance with the correct number as determined by and designated upon the Borough Assessment Map.
Where more than one house or building is located on a lot having a frontage of 25 feet, so that each such house or building must receive the same number, a designating letter (a, b, c, etc.) shall be added in each case to such number, in the same order that the numbers themselves follow.
The owner, occupant, lessee or party in possession of any house or other building within the Borough shall, at his own expense, place on each such house or other building in a conspicuous place the proper official number of such house or building, which number shall be in figures or letters, or both.

The owner, occupant, lessee or party in possession of every house or building within the Borough, upon application to the Construction Code Official and after signing a card upon which shall be stated the frontage and a description of the location of such house or building, shall receive a duplicate of such card with the proper official number for such house or building designated thereon. Each applicant shall furnish the complete and accurate information necessary to determine the location and frontage of each such house or building.

Any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II.
