The McLean County Recorder shall, on or after
September 19, 1989, assess and collect, in addition to all other fees,
a fee of $3 for filing every instrument, paper, or notice for record
in order to defray the cost of converting the County Recorder's document
storage system to computers or micrographics.
The County Recorder shall remit such fees to
the County Treasurer not less than weekly.
The County Treasurer shall establish a special
fund which will be designated the "Recorder's Record Storage System
Fee" to which the fees collected pursuant to this article shall be
deposited.
This special fund shall be used solely for a
document storage system to provide the equipment, materials which
a certified copy of this Resolution which the County Recorder shall
file on record in her office.
