South Street from Mill Street west to Wood Street is hereby established as a one-way street. It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle on South Street from Mill Street to Wood Street, other than in a westerly direction as established by this article.

The prohibition of two-way traffic on South Street from Mill Street to Wood Street shall be designated by proper signs or other appropriate markings placed on or near the curbline.
Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a summary offense and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of $25, plus costs.
