Borough of Loganton, PA Article III Parking Restriction on North Street

[Adopted 5-1-1997 by Ord. No. 1997-2]

§ 290-8 Establishment of no parking zone.

It shall be unlawful at any time for any person to park a motor vehicle on either side of North Street between Gravel Street and Route 477.

§ 290-9 Posting of signs.

The parking limitations established in § 290-8 hereof shall be designated by proper signs or other appropriate markings placed on or near the curb or edge of the road advising of the prohibition of parking.

§ 290-10 Enforcement. [1]

The Mayor shall have all ability, right, and authority to enforce the provisions of this article.

§ 290-11 Violations and penalties.

Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a summary offense and shall be subject to a fine of $15 plus costs.
