[Adopted 1-7-1991 by L.L. No. 2-1991 (Ch. 79, Art. III,
of the 1985 Code)]
The Village Board of the Village of Fort Edward hereby provides
that no exemption under § 487 of the New York State Real
Property Tax Law shall be applicable within the jurisdiction of the
Village of Fort Edward, County of Washington, State of New York, with
respect to any solar or wind energy system constructed subsequent
to the effective date of this article.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
The same as in § 487 of the New York State Real
Property Tax Law.
