A. 
Statement of purpose. It is hereby declared to be the policy of the Village of Neshkoro to assure equal opportunity to all persons to live in adequate housing facilities regardless of race, family status, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, sex, handicap, sexual preference, marital status of persons maintaining a household, lawful source of income, place of birth, or age, and, to that end, to prohibit discrimination in housing by any persons.
B. 
State statutes adopted.
(1) 
Adopted by reference. The statutory provisions of § 106.50, Wis. Stats., and subsequent amendments thereto, are hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter as if fully set forth herein.
(2) 
Implementation. The officials and employees of the Village of Neshkoro shall assist in the orderly prevention and removal of all discrimination in housing within the Village of Neshkoro by implementing the authority and enforcement procedures set forth in § 106.50, Wis. Stats.
