It shall be unlawful to give or hold any public or private exhibitions of the racing of automobiles, motorcycles or other motor vehicles within the confines of the Borough of Ho-Ho-Kus.

Any person or persons, firm or corporation giving or taking part in or permitting any grounds, buildings, vehicles or structures to be used for such purposes shall be subject to a fine of not less than $500 or imprisonment for 30 days, or both, as the committing Magistrate in his discretion may determine.
Any ordinance or parts of ordinances heretofore adopted, inconsistent with any of the provisions of this chapter, are hereby repealed.
This chapter shall take effect 10 days after the publication thereof as required by law.
