Should any part of this chapter be held invalid, it shall not affect the remainder thereof.
All previous ordinances for the establishment, regulation and control of the Police Department in the Borough of Ho-Ho-Kus, Bergen County, New Jersey, are hereby repealed.
This chapter shall take effect upon final passage and publication as provided by law.
