The Borough of Ho-Ho-Kus is hereby divided into the following
types of zoning districts:

The boundaries of these districts are hereby established as
shown on the map entitled "Zoning Map of the Borough of Ho-Ho-Kus," dated October 1980, as may be subsequently revised, and
the "Schedule of Requirements" summarizing the required conditions for each district
above is hereby made part of this chapter.
In determining the boundaries of districts shown on the Zoning
Map, the following rules shall apply:
A. Unless otherwise shown, the district boundaries shall be construed
to coincide with the center lines of streets, highways, waterways,
railroad rights-of-way, or such lines extended.
B. Where such boundaries are indicated as approximately following lot
or property lines as they exist at the time of enactment of this chapter
or any district change, such lines shall be construed to be the boundaries.
C. The Zoning Board of Adjustment shall have the full and complete powers
to hear and decide requests for interpretation of this chapter or
any term, clause, sentence or word hereof and the Zoning Map.
