Every operator of a vehicle approaching an intersection at which an official traffic control device is erected in accordance with this chapter shall obey the direction of such official traffic control device as required by the Wisconsin Statutes incorporated by reference in §
495-1 of this chapter. Operators of vehicles approaching a stop sign shall stop before entering a highway as required by § 346.46, Wis. Stats. Operators approaching intersections at which a yield sign has been installed shall yield the right-of-way to other vehicles as required by § 346.18(6), Wis. Stats.

In the interest of public safety and pursuant to § 349.07, Wis. Stats., the following streets or portions thereof set forth in this section are declared to be through highways, and all automobiles, trucks and other vehicles are required to come to a full and complete stop before entering or crossing the same. Traffic signs or signals giving notice thereof shall be erect by the Director of Public Works in accordance with §
495-3.
A. East-west. The east-west through streets are:
(2) North Street from State Highway 97 to Peaceful Lane.
(3) Larch Street from State Highway 97 to Legion Street.
(4) Larch Street from Legion Street to Monument Avenue.
(5) Logger Street from State Highway 97 to Legion Street.
(6) Logger Street from Railroad Street to Varsity Street.
(7) Monarch
Street from State Highway 97 to Legion Street.
B. North-south. The north-south through streets are:
(2) Legacy Street from North Street to Larch Street.
(3) Legion Street from North Street to Larch Street.
(4) Legion Street from Larch Street to State Highway 153.
(5) Railroad Street from Larch Street to State Highway 153.
C. Four-way stops. The following intersections are designed as four-way
stops:
(1) Legion Street and Larch Street.
(2) Logger Street and Varsity Street.
