For purposes of this article, and the interpretation and enforcement thereof, the following words and phrases should have the following meanings, unless the context of the sentence in which they are used shall indicate otherwise:
CODE OF CONDUCT
Rules and regulations governing the conduct of each person using or being present at a pocket park. Such rules and regulations shall be adopted and from time to time amended by resolution of the Board of Parks and Recreation Commissioners.
POCKET PARKS
The following schedule contains the identification of each property known as a "pocket park" owned by the Township:

A copy of the current Code of Conduct shall be available at the office of the Township Clerk and at the office of the Township Recreation Department. At each pocket park, a copy of the Code of Conduct shall be posted in at least one reasonably prominent location as deemed appropriate in the discretion of the Director of the Recreation Department. Posting of such regulations at the time of an alleged violation shall not be deemed a required element in any case in which a person is charged with violating such Code of Conduct.
No group of persons numbering 20 or more, including all participants and spectators, may use a pocket park without first having obtained a permit issued by the Director of the Recreation Department.
Application for a permit as provided in this article shall be made on forms available at the Recreation Department of the Township. Such application shall include and have appended thereto the Code of Conduct, which shall be agreed to and executed by the applicant for the permit. Included in the application shall be the affirmative statement by the applicant for the permit that if the permit is so granted, the applicant will make copies of and distribute to each group member, whether a participant or spectator, the Code of Conduct. Failure to do so shall be deemed a violation of this article. A presumption shall arise that each person participating in or being a spectator to an activity taking place at the pocket park is a member of the group and has been advised of the Code of Conduct which accompanied the application.
