The terms and conditions of employment of City police officers,
as enacted by local law in the agreement current, at any particular
time, between the City of Hudson and the Hudson Police Benevolent
Association, or its successor organization, are hereby adopted in
their entirety as the Police Officers' Employment Code of the City
of Hudson, New York.
Insofar as the provisions of this article or the current agreement
described in § C20-1 hereof are inconsistent with any other
provisions of this Charter or amendments thereto, or with the provisions
of any local law, act, rule, ordinance or resolution of the City,
the provisions of this article shall be controlling.

The employment of any police officer with the City of Hudson
shall terminate, and such position shall become vacant, if at any
time such officer shall not be domiciled within the City of Hudson
or within 20 linear miles of the closest City boundary to such domicile,
except that a newly employed police officer shall have a period of
six months from the date of employment to establish his or her domicile
within the area hereinabove set forth.
