After the effective date of this article it shall be illegal
to harbor horses in the Township of Schuylkill that have been tested
for BIA and have been found positive to the AGID (Coggins) test.
Any such individual owning said horse or responsible for said
horse or maintaining said horse who has been so tested and found to
be positive shall, without notice, permanently remove from the Township
boundaries said animal within seven days after notification that said
animal has been tested positively in accordance with AGID (Coggins)
test.

Any person who violates the provisions of this article or who
fails to remove said horse from the Township of Schuylkill within
seven days after notification that the horse is tested as positive,
as set forth above, shall, upon conviction thereof in a summary proceedings,
be sentenced to pay a fine of up to $600 and costs, and in default
of said payment of fine and cost, to undergo imprisonment in the county
prison for a period not in excess of 30 days. Each day that any such
violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense, punishable
by like fine or imprisonment.
The Secretary of Schuylkill Township shall be deemed with the
power and duty to administer this article and prosecute violations
hereunder.
