All persons, firms, corporations and/or partnerships are hereby
prohibited from defacing, marring or damaging any bus shelter situate
in the Borough of Lodi and, further, are hereby prohibited from placing
any poster, advertisement or circular, including any political campaign
poster, on any bus shelter situate in the Borough of Lodi.
Any person, firm, corporation and/or partnership found guilty of violating any of the provisions of § 186-1 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $2,000, imprisonment for a period not exceeding 90 days and/or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, at the discretion of the Judge of the Municipal Court of the Borough of Lodi.
