No person, bearing towards another person the relationship of
employer to employee, or parent or guardian to child or ward, or owner
to occupant, or lessor to lessee, or principal to agent, shall knowingly
cause or permit such other person to do any act forbidden by the Code
of the City of Cortland, or knowingly cause or permit such other person
to fail to do any act required herein.
The violation by any person of the provisions of this chapter
shall be deemed, for the purpose of this Code, a violation of the
section which such other person is accused of having violated.
