No person, regardless of his intent, shall enter or remain in or
upon any lot or piece of land in the Town of Saugerties without the
authority from the owner thereof, or shall erect or occupy thereon
any structure whatever, or shall park or occupy thereon an automobile
or other vehicle or vehicles without such authority.
No person shall place or erect or occupy within the bounds of any
street or roadway in the Town of Saugerties any structure whatever
without lawful authority.
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty
of an offense, punishable by a fine not to exceed $250 or imprisonment
not to exceed 15 days or by both such fine and imprisonment.[1]
In addition thereto, any vehicle or structure erected, parked or
occupied in violation of this chapter may be removed pursuant to the
direction of a police officer at the expense of the owner of such
vehicle or structure.
