The annual fee for a plenary distribution license issued under this article shall be as set forth in Appendix III of Chapter 2.

At no time shall there be more than 13 plenary retail distribution
licenses issued and outstanding in the Township at the same time.
Any holder of a plenary retail distribution license shall be permitted
to have such license renewed at the end of any license period, subject
to compliance with all provisions of the law.
