Any person desiring to operate and open any carnival or circus
within the Township shall take out a license therefor before operating
or opening such carnival or circus.

All licenses required by this article shall be issued by the
Township Clerk after permission shall have been granted by resolution
of the Township Council. An application shall be made to the Township
Clerk, signed by the applicant, stating where the carnival or circus
is to be conducted and the name and address of the person owning or
operating such carnival or circus.

The fee for a license to operate and conduct a carnival shall be as set forth in Appendix III of Chapter 2.
