Editor's Note: Former §§ 11-1 and 11-2 of the
1965 Code were repealed by Ord. No. 1713, § 6.
[R.O. 1951, Ch. 11, § 3]
The owner of a building to be moved shall provide a bond approved
as to form by the Township Attorney and in an amount specified by
the Township Manager, which will require the completion of the work,
the filling in and cleaning of the old site and which will protect
and indemnify the Township against loss or damages which may arise
because of injury to property or person as a result of the operations
of moving and re-erecting the building.
