GENERAL REFERENCES
Zoning — See Ch. 146.
The Board of Trustees shall constitute the Planning Board of
the village as provided for by Village Law.
The Planning Board is authorized to approve plats showing new
streets or highways in the Village of Hewlett Bay Park pursuant to
the provisions of § 7-728 of the Village Law of the State
of New York.
