§ 33-1 Trustees to constitute Planning Board.

The Board of Trustees shall constitute the Planning Board of the village as provided for by Village Law.

§ 33-2 Approval of plats.

The Planning Board is authorized to approve plats showing new streets or highways in the Village of Hewlett Bay Park pursuant to the provisions of § 7-728 of the Village Law of the State of New York.
