It shall be unlawful for any person to:
A. Pump or to discharge water, by pumping or otherwise, into or upon
the streets or public places of the village.
B. Use any sidewalk, public place or street of the village for a parade
or for the purpose of displaying any sign or advertisement or posting
any bill on or along the same, without written permission therefor
first having been obtained from the Mayor, or to take part in any
parade or exhibition upon the same without having obtained such written
permission or to move a house or other building or structure through
or on or over any sidewalk, street, highway or public place in the
village without first having obtained written permission from the
Mayor and having given a bond in an amount established by the Board
of Trustees to indemnify the village against any damage that it may
suffer by reason thereof.

C. Maintain posts or other structures or to allow or permit hedges,
trees or shrubbery to grow to such height as to cause impairment of
vision or obstruction to motorists using the streets in the village
or to fail to remove the same upon notice from the village. In addition
to any other remedy provided by law for any violation of the provisions
of this Article, the Board of Trustees may direct that any officer
or agent or employee of the village or any person acting under authority
of the village may enter upon any premises where such violation is
taking place and remove any posts, structures, hedges, trees or shrubbery
or parts thereof which cause impairment of vision or obstruct the
view of motorists using the highways in the village, and the expense
of such removal shall be a charge upon the owner or occupant of said
property or upon the person or persons who shall have caused or maintained
the same after notice to remove the same and may be assessed against
the said property in the same manner as a tax.
D. Park or store or permit the parking or storage of any vehicle on
any vacant lot.
