No person, firm or corporation shall keep any pig or hog at
any place within the Borough of Ligonier, nor shall any person, firm
or corporation maintain any pig pen or hog pen at any place therein,
under penalty, upon conviction thereof before the Magisterial District
Judge, of a fine of not more than $600 and costs of prosecution for
each and every such violation and, in default of payment thereof,
imprisonment for a term not exceeding 30 days. Each day's continuance
of a violation of any of the provisions of this article shall constitute
a separate offense.
