Except as otherwise provided herein, all boards or agencies of the Village of Saddle Rock shall hold their meetings within the boundaries of the Village of Saddle Rock.

Where no suitable facility is available within the Village of Saddle Rock, any board or agency of the Village of Saddle Rock, except the Village Justice Court, may meet at any appropriate location not more than one mile from the boundaries of the Village of Saddle Rock.
