The Board of Trustees may, from time to time, by resolution, designate one or more official newspapers for the Village of Saddle Rock. Such designation(s) shall remain in effect until changed or repealed by further resolution.

In the event that the Village has designated more than one official newspaper at any time, publication of notices in any one of such papers shall be sufficient, unless publication in more than one such newspaper is required by the Board of Trustees or by law.
