Any person who, with the intent to provoke a breach of the peace or whereby a breach of the peace may be occasioned, commits any of the following acts shall be deemed to have committed the offense of disorderly conduct:
A. 
Uses or indulges in offensive, disorderly, threatening, abusive or insulting language, conduct or behavior.
B. 
Acts in such manner as to annoy, disturb, interfere with, obstruct or be offensive to others or defaces or mars property belonging to another.
C. 
Unnecessarily congregates with others on streets, highways, sidewalks, parks or other places in the Village and refuses to move on when ordered by the police or any peace officer.
D. 
By his actions, causes a crowd to collect, except when lawfully addressing such a crowd.
E. 
Shouts or makes any other noise, either outside or inside a building, during the nighttime to the annoyance or disturbance of any considerable number of persons.
F. 
Interferes with any person in any place by jostling against such person or unnecessarily crowding him or by placing a hand in the proximity of such person's pocket, pocketbook or handbag.
G. 
Stations himself on the streets, highways or other places in the Village or follows pedestrians for the purpose of soliciting alms.
H. 
Frequents or loiters about any place in the Village for the purpose of prostitution or of committing a crime against nature or other lewdness.
I. 
Causes a disturbance in any omnibus or other public conveyance by running through it, climbing through windows or upon the seats or otherwise annoying passengers or employees therein.
J. 
Stands on sidewalks, streets, highways or other places in the Village and makes insulting remarks to pedestrians or otherwise annoys such pedestrians.
K. 
Without authority, makes use of any Village property, including pools, parks or stadiums, or conducts himself in a manner contrary to any posted notices, rules or regulations of the Village or who refuses to obey the orders of any person or persons in authority with respect to such property.
L. 
Damages, mutilates, destroys or removes any Village traffic signal or sign, bulletin boards or other Village property.
M. 
Without authority, places any obstacle or barrier upon any of the sidewalks, streets or highways in the Village or in any other way bars or hinders the use of such sidewalks, streets and highways to vehicles and pedestrians.
Any person who violates the provisions of this article or any part thereof shall be guilty of a violation.[2]

It shall be unlawful for any person to trespass upon any public or private property within the boundaries of the Village of Saddle Rock, which property borders on the body of water known as "Little Neck Bay."
The presence of any person on any public or private property in the Village of Saddle Rock within 100 feet of Little Neck Bay between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., other than the owner or resident of such private property, shall be presumptive evidence that such person has been trespassing in violation of § 112-3 of this article.

Any person who violates the provisions of this article or any part thereof shall be guilty of a violation.
