§ 3-353.1 False reports.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, partnership or corporation to report or cause to be reported any criminal offense to the Bureau of Police, or to any member thereof or any other City official, which report or information is false and which report or information such person knows to be false.

§ 3-353.99 Penalty. [1]

Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to Chapter 3-399, Penalty, of these Codified Ordinances.
