City of Cortland, NY Article V Collection of Delinquent Taxes

§ 254-9 Collection procedures.

The City of Cortland does hereby adopt the provisions of Real Property Tax Law Article 11 and any amendments thereto.

§ 254-10 Effective date.

This article shall take effect January 1, 2007.
