No licensee shall sell, serve or deliver or allow, permit or
suffer the sale, service or delivery of any alcoholic beverage or
permit the consumption of any alcoholic beverage on the premises on
any day other than Sundays between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 7:00
a.m., prevailing time, nor between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 11:00
a.m. on Sundays, also prevailing time, unless, however, there is any
statute or state regulation to the contrary. Closing hours on Sunday
shall be 12:00 midnight, prevailing time, except that when December
31 falls on a Sunday, the closing hour for that Sunday shall be 1:00
a.m. the following morning. After the closing hour, no licensee should
sell or offer for sale or deliver to any consumer any alcoholic beverages
or permit the consumption of an alcoholic beverage on the premises
until the hour when sales are next permitted.
No licensee shall allow, permit or suffer upon the premises
any gambling, gambling device or games of chance of any nature or
description whatsoever.
All licensed premises shall be open to inspection by or on behalf
of the Township Committee at any and all business hours.

A. The annual license fee for each club license issued in the township
shall be in the sum of $150, and the license shall issue for the period
from July 1 through June 30 of the ensuing year.
B. The annual license fee for each plenary retail consumption license
issued in the Township shall be in the sum of $1,036.80, and the term
of said license shall be for the same period as club licenses.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions
of this Article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a
fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment for not more than 90
days, or both.

Under no circumstances shall any person consume an alcoholic
beverage in a motor vehicle on a public road or right-of-way, nor
shall any person possess any unsealed glass, can, bottle or other
receptacle containing an alcoholic beverage while in a motor vehicle
on a public road or right-of-way.
Any violation of any provision of this Article shall be punishable
by a fine not to exceed $500 or by imprisonment for a period of not
more than 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
