§ 265-32 Uniform Code to control; inspections.

[Amended 9-21-2010 by L.L. No. 1-2010]

The Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code of the State of New York, in its entirely, as it pertains to the requirements with respect to the installation of passenger elevators, as specified in Article 18 of the Executive Law of the State of New York, shall be the controlling authority. All inspections shall be performed by persons licensed by the Village of Roslyn.
