As used in this Part:
FIREARM
Any lethal barreled weapon of any description from which a projectile or other missile can be discharged by the action of an explosive or compressed gas or the igniting of flammable or explosive substances including, but not limited to, pneumatic guns, spring guns and BB guns.
PERSON
Any individual, corporation, company, association, firm, partnership, society, joint stock company or organization of any kind.

No person shall, except in necessary defense of person or property, fire or discharge any gun or other firearm or any air gun or spring gun or other implement or instrument which discharges or impels with force a metal slug, pellet or ball of any kind, at any place within the Borough of McDonald.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this Part shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues or each section of this Part which shall be found to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense.
