The Mayor and Council of the Borough of Westwood has determined that it is in the best interests of the Borough of Westwood that the Mayor and Council retains legal services to advise it with regard to Borough matters as they arise.
The Borough Attorney shall be retained and appointed on a yearly basis as provided for by law.[1]
