The provisions of this article imposing a time limit on parking
shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe other more restrictive
provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing, or parking
of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138, or in any other statute,
or as provided in this chapter or in any other ordinance.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets
or parts thereof described in Schedule X, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts
of streets described in Schedule XII, attached to and made a part of this chapter, between the
hours specified therein on any day, except Sundays and legal holidays,
unless otherwise stated.
No person shall park a vehicle or permit a vehicle to remain
parked on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule
XIII, attached to and made a part of this chapter, or in any
municipal parking lot, whenever snow has fallen and the accumulation
of snow is such that it covers such streets and municipal parking
lots to a depth of two inches or more. Such parking prohibition shall
remain in effect after the snowfall has ceased until the streets have
been plowed to the extent that parking will not interfere with the
normal flow of traffic and parking in municipal parking lots will
not interfere with snow clearance in such lots.
