A. 
The rules and regulations annexed as Exhibit A to Ordinance Number 1953 as and for the rules and regulations governing the use and preservation of Green Lands (sometimes referred to as Green Acre Lands) within the City are hereby continued in full force and effect, and Ordinance Number 1953 is hereby saved from repeal.
B. 
The said rules and regulations shall be applicable with respect to all lands and premises within the City constituting the Green Lands of the City as the same may be from time to time designated on the Official Map of the City.
Any person violating or failing to comply with any provisions of the said rules and regulations shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the payment of a fine not exceeding $200 or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding 30 days, or both, for each such violation.
