As used in this Part 1, the following words and terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
A vehicle with wheels designed to travel on rough ground.
Lake El Reno, situated in Township 12 North, Range 7 and 8 West, Canadian County, Oklahoma.
Any type of vehicle which is capable of driving on and off paved or gravel surface.
A vessel which uses an inboard motor powering a water jet pump as its primary source of motive power and which is designed to be operated by a person sitting, standing or kneeling on the vessel rather than the conventional manner of sitting or standing inside the vessel, or a vessel which is similar in appearance and operation to a PWC but which is powered by a outboard or propeller-driven motor, or a vessel less than 16 feet in length which travels across the water above or on a cushion of air provided by engines, propellers or other means of propulsion.
Any boat or personal watercraft with motor used for the purpose of pulling one or more water skiers.
The activity of being propelled along the water upon devices known as "skis," and shall include the use of skis while being at the same time towed by some type of boat or personal watercraft. These terms shall also apply to skis and skiing apparatus.
