[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Selectmen of the Town of Raymond 6-10-1999. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The following procedure shall be established in order to ensure the longevity of the Capital Improvements Committee and appointments thereto.
A. 
By May 10 of each year the following Boards shall submit to the Planning Board a roster of members who shall serve on said Committee:
(1) 
Board of Selectmen.
(2) 
Town Manager.
(3) 
School Board.
(4) 
Budget Committee.
(5) 
Conservation Commission.
B. 
The Planning Board shall submit to the Board of Selectmen a roster of at-large nominations that the Selectmen shall consider for appointment to the Committee.
C. 
Terms of office for any Board member shall coincide with said member's term of office.
D. 
At-large members shall be appointed for staggered three-year terms; with the first round of appointments one member shall be appointed for one year, one for two years and the third for three years. Thereafter, all future appointments shall be for three-year terms.
E. 
At no time shall any member sit as an at-large member and member of the standing committees noted above.
